Group Hypnobirthing Classes are a win-win situation. Because, Hypnobirthing can only bring positive resources to your pregnancy: like improved sleep, reduce stress levels, give you the confidence to be ready for the birth of your baby, connect you better with your body, empower as well the birthing partner to work together and it can also reduce the pain sensation during labour and more. As you see, there are no negatives, because you would have completed the course taking at least one of the benefits mentioned above.

During your course, I will be available for any last-minute questions or doubts or just the need to double-check.

The Group Course

The setting for the online group course is to keep it to a maximum of 10 couples per course. This is to ensure you can all participate and create an intimate group to maximize the learning experience.

When to take the course

The earlier you do this course, the more time you will have to practice all the learning and will give you more time to get ready for the birth of your baby. Having said that, it is a good idea to start the hypnobirthing course anytime between week 20 and 33 of your pregnancy.

2020/2021 Dates

The Group sessions are run on Wednesdays at 19.15, finishing around 21.45. All sessions are online.

December 2020 group to start on Wednesday 2nd, then 9th, 16th & 20th

January/February 2021 group to start on Wednesday 27th, then 3rd, 10th & 17th

March 2021 group to start on Wednesday 3rd, then 10th, 17th & 24th
